Training in HTS never ends, continuous trainings are given to service agents by specialized trainers in every branch,
The main aim of the trainings is to understand the products, to understand the customers and to provide the best service to the consumers or in other words satisfying the consumers. Therefore besides technical trainings behavior trainings are also given to the service agents.
Within theoretical trainings, practical trainings are also given to the service agents. besides the information shared by HTS during the trainings there are many other benefits of these trainings, these are: strengthen communication between the agents, share the experiences among the agents and increase the loyalty towards HTS.
